MAI Wealth Management, Inc. is seeking a Forecast, Planning & Analysis Analyst in Independence, OH.

This full‑time role supports forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis under senior guidance, helping to produce forecasts and ensure data integrity to inform business decisions. The role involves developing revenue and profitability drivers, updating forecast models, and delivering reports and insights across business units.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 0–3 years analytical experience in a Finance or related business role; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to financial management, ERP, and reporting systems (Hyperion, NetSuite) a plus.
• Basic understanding of budget preparation and administration; developing financial and/or accounting acumen.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with financial modeling and statistical analysis.

• Develops understanding of MAI financials and drivers of revenue and profitability by market, client, product/service, etc.
• Assists in developing accurate and credible financial forecasts that support business strategy.
• Supports preparation of budgets and forecasts, variance analyses, and ad hoc reporting.
• Helps identify risks/opportunities to plan and tracks tactics to close gaps or realize opportunities.
• Maintains revenue and profit-based forecast models; analyzes past and present operations and trends.
