Job summary

MAI is seeking a Forecast, Planning & Analysis Analyst in Independence, OH, to support forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis under the guidance of senior team members. The role involves developing forecasts, maintaining data integrity, and assisting cross-functional teams in budgeting and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will engage in revenue and profitability analysis by market, client, and product/service, and will help prepare budgets and variance analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 0–3 years analytical experience in a Finance or related business role; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Exposure to financial management, ERP and reporting systems; Hyperion, NetSuite, etc. are a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develops an understanding of MAI financials and drivers of revenue and profitability by market, client, product/service.
• Assists in developing accurate and credible financial forecasts supporting business strategy.
• Supports budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and ad hoc reporting.
• Monitors actual results against plans and flags trends for leadership.
• Assembles and summarizes data for management review and data-driven recommendations.
