Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs or related field.
• Four years of experience in DAF Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development, programming, and implementation.
• Knowledge of DAF roles, missions, and security cooperation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to USAF stakeholders including AFLCMC and IPOs for action in response to the RoS and Singapore MINDEF.
• Develop a key personnel contact list for US interagency and RSAF personnel involved in FMS case development.
• Assist SAF/IA Country Director with briefings, background info, and political-military analyses for senior leadership.
• Analyze RSAF training/construction/weapons capabilities acquired through FMS and DCS channels and assess lifecycle impact.
• Prepare official correspondence, staff summaries, briefings, and Congressional notification packets.
