Qualifications

• Experience in flexographic printing, label manufacturing, or related pressure sensitive products.
• Product management skills, including lifecycle management and cross-functional coordination.
• Analytical skills to interpret market data, pricing scenarios, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Organizational and project management abilities to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems and basic reporting tools.
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

• Oversee planning, development and lifecycle management of flexographic label solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to define product requirements.
