Job summary

PowerGrid Services seeks a Corporate Maintenance Manager to steward our equipment asset portfolio and lead the Grid Alliance mechanics team. You will oversee make-ready, field preparation, and repair vs replace decisions based on TCO, driving replacement strategy and cost reductions across units.

You will also own Fleetio maintenance tracking, develop dashboards, and ensure compliance while partnering on M&A due diligence for acquired fleets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fleet or equipment maintenance management in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years leading maintenance teams or mechanics operations.
• Experience with repair vs replace decisions and TCO analysis.
• Demonstrated cost reduction while maintaining equipment reliability.
• Experience with maintenance management systems (Fleetio or similar).

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Grid Alliance mechanics team responsible for equipment make-ready and field preparation.
• Review and approve/deny all equipment repairs exceeding $2,500.
• Develop TCO-based equipment replacement strategy and fleet-level planning.
• Own Fleetio system for maintenance tracking, reporting, and dashboards.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and ensure DOT/OSHA maintenance compliance.
