Qualifications

• Five years in fiscal policy analysis, public finance, budgeting, public administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience with cross-functional initiative support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze public fiscal policy developments and funding opportunities.
• Analyze policy and funding changes and develop recommendations for leadership.
• Prepare policy briefs, presentations, and decision-support materials.
• Lead opportunities to braid, blend, and leverage funding sources.
