Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of increasingly responsible experience with supervisory duties.
• Experience in fiscal operations including budgeting, reporting, grant administration, and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage fiscal operations of the department.
• Prepare the annual budget and monitor monthly revenue and expenses.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and outside agencies on fiscal matters.
• Prepare financial reports and cost reports; develop and monitor contracts and grants.
• Supervise fiscal and administrative staff and evaluate performance.
