Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• US citizens must obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Provides oversight and administrative support in the planning, execution, analysis, and tracking of resources.
• Develops budgets, allocations, and schedules to meet project requirements.
• Conducts in-depth analysis of various sources, studies and audits as required by the program.
• Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with other sections and offices.
• Evaluates, monitors, and reports performance against plans to ensure guidelines meet procedures and policies.
• Provides logistical support for conference planning and outreach.
• Maintains and audits filing systems, including scanning documents into digital case files.
• Performs data entry and ensures accuracy and consistency across databases and reports.
• Develops research and spreadsheets, tracking systems, and presentations for management use.
• Supports budget tracking and resource allocation activities.
• Provides technical and administrative guidance to staff.
• Plans and overviews property management activities for assigned contractors.
