Qualifications

  • Two years of college in finance and/or business required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three years of experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and accounting database software; MS Office proficient.
  • Skills in cost accounting, financial planning, reporting, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Track and reconcile program expenditures across multiple funding streams and verify costs.
  • Develop and monitor program budgets; prepare quarterly estimates and forecast expenditures.
  • Process invoices and support timely payments; maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Prepare monthly cost allocation worksheets and coordinate time-study processes.
  • Develop spreadsheets and databases to support financial reporting and funder inquiries.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with regulations including 2 CFR Part 200.
