Qualifications

• 1+ years in a markets-related transactional role or front-office investment banking exposure.
• Strong quantitative skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Quick learner with interest across asset classes and industries.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and transaction cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of transaction structures across asset classes (Digital Infrastructure ABS, Bespoke Loans, etc.).
• Analyze corporate financing needs and assets to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare materials for client calls and meetings, including pitches and market updates.
• Facilitate client interactions by coordinating with sales, trading, banking, risk, and legal teams.
• Support deal execution and track opportunities, market developments and content creation.
• Develop new products and platforms to expand the bank's credit and loan financing offerings.
• Monitor industry trends and keep teams informed.
