Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to GS-12.
• Experience as a lead advisor analyzing, designing, testing, and modernizing automated financial systems.
• Ensuring compliance with standard accounting practices and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains financial reporting applications using Oracle APEX, Power Platform, SQL, and VBA.
• Creates, develops, and implements conversions of unauthorized user-developed applications (U-IT) to authorized enterprise IT solutions (A-IT).
• Provides expert technical guidance and training to systems users.
• Identifies system weaknesses and develops modifications to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and economy.
