Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a financial advisor to provide comprehensive financial guidance and tailored solutions to clients, building plans with brokerage products and banking services. You will triage leads, refer to partners, and review client goals while completing required licenses and training.

This role requires Series 7 & 66, a track record in investments, and the ability to develop strong client relationships in a compliant, fast-paced environment under SAFE Act rules.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 & 66 licenses; 63 or 65 accepted if the missing series is completed within 60 days.
• At least 1 year of experience in the investments industry.
• At least 1 year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Strong relationship-building and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage time, navigate complexity, and communicate clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building financial plans and recommending brokerage products.
• Suggest banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigate and manage risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or client base.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and services.
