Onward Search is seeking a Senior Product Associate for a contract hybrid role with a financial services client. You will help drive product strategy, partner with cross-functional teams, and own key features from ideation through delivery.

You will support roadmaps, manage risks, and align stakeholders to business and user needs while delivering value in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, particularly with mutual funds or investment solutions, is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI SDLC ownership and execution.
• Demonstrated support in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Proven ability to support the development of business cases and manage cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills with the ability to solve moderate complexity problems and stay current on relevant policies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the lifecycle of assigned products, including planning and monitoring activities.
• Act as a product owner for specific features, representing user and business needs to technology teams.
• Support the creation of product roadmaps, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and facilitate successful product delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate updates, and support documentation, training, and performance monitoring.
