Securian Financial is seeking a Product Owner for Associate Productivity Solutions to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise productivity tools. You will align business needs with technology capabilities, drive adoption, and ensure governance and measurable outcomes.

In a hybrid environment, you will collaborate with AI Centers of Excellence, engineering, and vendors to maximize associate productivity and platform value while maintaining governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Partner with stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
• Translate objectives into actionable requirements and delivery plans.
• Establish and track OKRs, KPIs, and adoption metrics.
• Own and manage product backlog; facilitate backlog refinement and releases.
• Lead prioritization by value, impact, cost, risk, and tech factors.
• Drive adoption of productivity tools and governance of platforms.
• Identify opportunities from market trends and AI capabilities.
