You will execute a strategic engagement approach using Salesforce, partnering across the business to ensure strong relationship management, follow-through, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• FINRA licenses required (7 & 63) and state registrations.
• Experience in financial services or financial planning.
• Bachelor’s degree; CFP designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts.
• Proven outbound client outreach experience.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized financial planning conversations.
• Engage clients to deepen relationships and identify opportunities.
• Use Salesforce to manage relationships and follow-through.
• Educate clients on financial solutions for long-term success.
• Mentor peers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Financial Consultants and Wealth Planners.
