Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed required.
• FINRA Series 65/66 licenses or ability to acquire series 65/66 upon hire.
• Insurance license and appropriate state registrations required.
• Financial services experience preferably in financial planning.
• A bachelor’s degree and/or CFP designation are preferred.
• Thorough understanding of financial planning concepts.
• Ability to profile to understand planning needs and identify solutions.
• A vested curiosity about building relationships and being an advocate for clients.
• Motivated toward success, ownership, and achieving meaningful goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class planning experience with personalized guidance.
• Help clients achieve financial goals through asset consolidation, referrals, and plan implementation.
• Educate clients on solutions that support long-term success.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a collaborative culture focused on growth.
• Partner with Financial Consultants and Wealth Planners to deliver comprehensive planning support.
• Support onsite working model rollout and effective relationship management.
