• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functionality, Word and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the Bloomingdale's expense structure to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide analysis throughout the year to support sales and profit improvement.
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop Annual/Seasonal plans.
• Communicate KPIs and insights to senior management with clarity.
• Complete monthly forecast and close for assigned expense centers with documentation.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
