Job summary

The position emphasizes analytical rigor, attention to detail, and collaboration across finance and business teams, with an office-based schedule of four in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or related field is required.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, accounting, financial analysis, or internal controls.
• Experience supporting leaders or teams in financial planning, forecasting, cost management, and business case development.
• Experience in financial modeling, including capi tal cost/benefit analysis, scenario and sensitivity analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and delivering accurate financial reports to support decision-making.
• Support forecasting efforts by gathering data, analyzing trends, and developing projections.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop plans to achieve financial and business goals.
• Own Capital Cost Benefit Analyses (CBA), managing and tracking performance per governance standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop, validate, and monitor CBAs including benefit assumptions and financial impacts.
• Analyze financial data to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and update financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Work with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and synthesize financial information.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies across reporting and analysis.
