Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Financial Execution and Operations Support Program Analyst Journeyman at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The role requires an active SECRET clearance and provides journeyman-level program analysis and operations support across financial execution and portfolio functions in the RTI Business & Operations Group.

Responsibilities include reviewing funding documents, coordinating meetings, onboarding government personnel, and reporting to Project Leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I).
• Active Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated program-analysis and data-reporting capability.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills in a government support environment.

Responsibilities

• Support funding-document review, tracking, and reporting across RTI financial operations.
• Support technical meetings and event coordination, including agenda development and executive summary drafting.
• Support onboarding of new government personnel, records management, and completion of taskers.
• Assist with reporting requirements to Project Leaders and Government managers.
