The role manages a ~ $34.5M budget across nine programs and units, developing executive dashboards and reports to drive informed decisions while upholding financial stewardship and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple units.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with senior leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and manage ledger and clearing accounts; ensure compliance with University policies.
• Analyze financial and operational data for forecasting, planning, and executive reporting.
• Prepare executive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Support labor planning, budget preparation, forecasting, and financial management across Medical Education programs.
• Maintain financial controls and reporting structures to support compliance and efficient operations.
• Review and approve financial transactions and journal entries as appropriate.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to academic and administrative leadership.
• Support audit, compliance, and year-end financial activities across the area.
