Ideal candidates have 3+ years in analytics, a bachelor's in data science, accounting, or finance, and experience with Power BI/Tableau and SQL reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytical role
• Bachelor's Degree in data science, accounting, finance or related field
• Experience with BI tool: Power BI, Tableau, d3, Qlickview, etc.
• Strong MS Office suite skills
• Experience with SQL reporting and report production
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Ability to manage concurrent work streams with detail
• Ability to explain complex financial data to business partners
• Experience in a law-firm or professional services environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual internal accounting and financial reports using reporting tools – Tableau & SQL
• Respond to survey requests and partner with teams to provide data
• Produce specialty reports and work with leaders to scope and deliver analysis
• Manage analytics projects from intake to delivery
• Develop clear insights from data and present to multiple stakeholders
• Work with accounting and billing software to generate reports
• Collaborate with practice leaders to identify priority problems
• Triages issues and elevates when needed
