Burckhardt Compression (US) Inc. seeks a Financial Controller to act as a strategic partner, overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with U.S. and international accounting standards across the Systems and Services divisions.

Responsibilities include leading monthly closes under multiple GAAPs, managing accounting functions for two divisions, and guiding forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls. Strong ERP experience and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting or controlling experience in manufacturing, services or industrial sectors.
• CPA preferred and strong GAAP knowledge.
• Strategic mindset with analytical rigor and leadership experience.
• Experience leading a finance team and cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, half-year, and annual close under Swiss GAAP FER, US GAAP, and local regs.
• Manage GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll, consolidation and reporting for BCUS divisions.
• Direct and develop the Accounting and Finance team.
• Support forecasting and budgeting for both divisions.
• Collaborate with auditors and ensure compliance with internal controls.
