Qualifications

• Five years of progressive accounting, auditing, technical writing, and financial operations experience.
• Experience with GAAP, GAAS, FASB; familiarity with regulatory filings.
• Technical expertise with financial systems (Unit4/PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills; CPA designation required; CMA/CA considered in lieu possible.

Responsibilities

• Consult with NEA staff and affiliates evaluating financial health and risk.
• Analyze audit reports, financial statements, and budgets; propose solutions.
• Conduct financial ratio and trend analyses; deliver trainings and presentations.
• Support internal controls, systems, and regulatory compliance.
