Qualifications

• Four (4) years of verifiable professional budgetary, financial or management analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lease Administration: oversee lease-related financial activities, including payments and schedules.
• Property Assessments: coordinate timely payment of annual and biannual assessments and maintain records.
• Budget Planning and Financial Management: develop operating and capital budget forecasts and manage cost centers.
• Contract and Cost Analysis: review provisions and change orders, report variances and propose corrective actions.
• Invoice Management: review, reconcile and process ~40 invoices per month with proper coding.
• Procurement and Purchase Order Management: initiate requisitions, monitor PO expenditures and reporting.
