IS International is seeking a Financial Analyst - Performance Controller to drive transparency and protect margins across project controlling. You will partner with regional leadership and operations—PMs, engineering, procurement, and corporate services—to ensure financial targets are met.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and closing activities, with a focus on SAP-driven reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3 to 8 years of corporate finance, project controlling, or performance management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills to manipulate high volumes of complex data; SAP reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Financial Transparency: budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, labor rate tracking, and contractor cost management.
• Deliver Strategic Reporting: monthly management packages highlighting P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow drivers.
• Lead Financial Planning: coordinate annual budget and quarterly forecasts; validate assumptions and standardize models.
• Own Closing Activities: support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reviews.
• Manage Project Operations: SAP contract setups, invoicing, accounts receivable, and performance requirements.
