Job summary

Agile Cold Storage, a leading provider of cold storage solutions, seeks a Financial Analyst to join its finance team. You will drive data-driven decisions, develop financial and operational reports, and support cost management across multiple warehouse locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Analytics, 3+ years of experience, advanced Excel and SQL skills, and a collaborative approach with operations to identify efficiency opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst role or similar capacity.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards, etc.).
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and extraction.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and automate financial and operational reports using Excel and other tools.
• Pull and consolidate data from multiple sources for regular and ad hoc reporting.
• Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis and provide commentary on deviations.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis on operational initiatives and capital investments.
• Track and analyze financial and operational data across multiple warehouse locations.
• Partner with operations and warehouse managers to understand cost drivers and efficiency opportunities.
