Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• CPA and/or Masters' Degree preferred.
• Experience in Health Systems and Academic Medicine desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, prepares and analyzes financial and operational reports, financial statements, scorecards, metrics, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyzes historical and projected data to provide leadership information for decisions.
• Prepares information to support developing trends for forecasts and management decisions.
• Identify and utilize technology and best practices for continuous process improvement.
• Efficiently retrieves and compiles financial data and statistics.
• Stays current with industry trends and financial systems to complete functions.
• Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
