Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of government contracting financial management experience.
• Advanced MS Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and deadlines.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule for peak periods.
• Experience with government contracting, including cost-plus contracts.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual Operating Plan budgeting, including cross-department inputs and customer-level reporting.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and scenario analyses.
• Provide insights on financial performance to leadership.
• Monitor P&L, track KPIs, and support business development initiatives.
• Validate data, reconcile invoices, and ensure DRD compliance.
• Prepare EACs and explanations, align with project strategy.
