Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Flex hours for period-end deadlines and planning cycles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and build financial statements, dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses.
• Participate in all aspects of the budget process and discussions.
• Develop and maintain financial models and KPIs to evaluate program performance.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
• Support cost analysis and margin improvement initiatives.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations; present findings to leadership.
