Northwestern Mutual Houston is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Network Office and Financial Advisors. The role involves co-leading budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes to drive growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, perform monthly close activities, and collaborate with leadership on ROI evaluations, variance analyses, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning, reporting, and analysis support for the Network Office and Financial Advisors.
• Co-lead annual office production goals, budgeting, long-term forecasting, and business planning.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting including sales, activity, and budget variance.
• Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
