Qualifications
- Five plus years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial support and direction to sales leadership for key customers.
- Communicate budget, forecast, and opportunity scenarios clearly.
- Plan and support field activities and merchandising initiatives.
- Review customer program offerings and impact on profitability.
- Analyze investments and pricing decisions for topline growth.
- Partner with sales to analyze incremental growth opportunities.
- Update dashboards and automate reporting processes.
- Develop tools and models to provide actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement to streamline activities.
