Job summary

Aquarius Professional Staffing is seeking a Financial Analyst to support weekly, monthly, year-to-date and year-end financial reporting, forecast accuracy, and budgeting processes across operational units. You will analyze variances, prepare ad-hoc reports, and ensure data integrity in financial systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

• 5+ years of FP&A experience.

• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Ability to collaborate with management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates weekly, monthly, YTD and year-end financial reporting.
• Supports monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Provides analytical support and ad-hoc reporting.
• Ensures integrity of financial reporting software.
• Identifies trends for senior management.
• Prepares budget analyses and suggests improvements.
• Performs forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
• Reports headcount, fleet management, and KPIs.
• May assist in training/mentoring Financial Analysts.
