Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Management and Cost Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data validation. The role focuses on strengthening resource planning, cost control, and informed decision-making across programs with DoD and intelligence community interests.

The candidate will maintain financial trackers, develop analytical tools, and provide reports for senior staff.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in financial management, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting or related field.
• Experience analyzing financial data and preparing management-level reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including financial models, formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Ability to obtain client suitability and familiarity with AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support financial management, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial and cost data to identify trends, variances, risks and opportunities.
• Assist with budget planning, execution, tracking, and financial data management.
• Develop and maintain financial spreadsheets, dashboards and trackers.
• Prepare financial reports, briefing materials and management-level deliverables.
• Coordinate updates to financial management systems and ensure data accuracy.
