Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team in Atlanta, GA. You will build, monitor, and report on operating budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, partnering with department managers and stakeholders across Kaiser Georgia to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL Server or similar database reporting systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
• Prepare reports, projections, and recommendations based on financial data.
• Evaluate current and historical financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities across departments.
• Perform monthly financial reporting, operational analysis, and variance reporting.
• Maintain TSPMG position requests and track approved positions reviewed by leadership.
• Maintain cost accounting systems and related reporting tools.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and data support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with special projects and internal audits as needed.
