Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience as Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or similar financial accounting application; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Prepares monthly financial reports and variance analyses of actual vs. budget/forecast.
• Provides analysis and presentations for departments; supports decision-making with ad-hoc reports.
