Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of financial analysis and reporting experience with forecasting techniques.
• Able to plan, analyze, budget, and report financial activities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to present models clearly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, Oracle or related systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and prioritizing workload.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial reporting and analyses for long-term planning.
• Collaborate with management on financial and clinical analyses.
• Design and generate standardized financial reports and patient-level analyses.
• Lead projects with medium to high complexity and risk.
• Develop recommendations for process improvements and cost controls.
• Prepare periodic management reporting for assigned functional areas.
