Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in behavioral sciences, public or business administration, or a related field.
• Three years of full-time professional experience in one of the student services program areas; Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience with outreach presentations to diverse audiences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and advise a diverse student population on complex federal, state, and institutional financial and student-related matters.
• Provide independent advisement in individual and group settings using an integrated student services model.
• Apply professional judgment to develop and implement cross-program solutions that support student success.
