Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Advisor – Financial Expert (West) to provide financial guidance, planning and performance improvement across regional operations. The role partners with executive leadership, clinical teams and finance to optimize resources, analyze data, and communicate insights through executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required.
• Master's degree such as MBA, MHA or MS Finance preferred.
• CPA, CFA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 6–8 years of healthcare finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory frameworks.
• GAAP knowledge and ability to interact with senior leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale process improvements with measurable impact.
• Expertise in financial modeling, analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance to support decision-making and budgeting.
• Develop executive-level reporting packages on costs, revenues and metrics.
• Analyze diverse data to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive performance improvement and growth opportunities regionally.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams and finance departments.
