Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them reach their financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners, review goals with clients, and build financial plans using brokerage products.

The role requires licenses and ongoing trainings. Based in CO market with potential movement between centers; training occurs at a designated center before transitioning to a phone-based or center-based role depending on

Qualifications

• Holds Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry.
• Experience in financial services or sales environment with goals met/exceeded.
• Ability to build relationships and work with clients to meet goals.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities).
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligning with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers as needed.
• Mitigate and manage risk in daily activities.
• Engage new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product options.
