Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Financial Accountant to analyze financial results, support month-end close, and provide accurate reporting across the organization.

You will partner with operations and finance leaders to deliver timely insights, prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support audits while upholding accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 2+ years of accounting, finance, auditing or financial reporting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results and partner with operational leaders to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and estimates; assist month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and supporting documentation for integrity of records.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting and accounting processes; support audits.
