Job summary

Inspiration Mobility seeks a seasoned capital markets leader to drive optimal capital formation, manage complex transactions and oversee post-execution financing facilities. You will design sources of capital, build relationships with financing partners, and lead end-to-end transactions with rigorous modeling and reporting.

You will collaborate across Legal, Underwriting & Risk, Asset Management and other teams, providing financial expertise and ensuring alignment with institutional standards.

Qualifications

• Superb modeling and quantitative skills with structured finance knowledge.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to technical and institutional partners.
• Experience sourcing deals or capital partners and leading capital formation.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital formation by designing optimized, cost-efficient sources of capital, including asset-backed debt and securitizations.
• Serve as the primary interface with financing counterparties, building relationships with new partners.
• Structure and execute complex financial transactions end-to-end, including pricing and due diligence.
• Develop sophisticated financial models supporting capital deployment decisions and pitches.
• Design and improve processes for managing and funding transactions with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Legal, Underwriting & Risk, and Asset Management on deal flow and execution.
• Provide financial and analytical expertise across Inspiration.
