Job summary

LESTARS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY seeks a Senior Finance & Tax Manager to oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and financial operations for the U.S. business of an Online Gaming company. This hands-on role emphasizes accurate financial records, U.S.

tax compliance, cash flow management, and tax-efficient structuring. Ideal candidate has strong accounting and tax expertise with potential to progress toward Finance Director or CFO in the future.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting, corporate finance, tax or related field
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate accounting and taxation
• Experience with U.S. federal and state corporate tax requirements
• Experience with international/cross-border transactions preferred
• Knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain books for U.S. entities
• Reconcile bank accounts, payment processor settlements, customer transactions, vendor payments, refunds and chargebacks
• Lead monthly and annual closings and prepare P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and management reports
• Oversee U.S. federal and state tax compliance with external CPAs
• Identify opportunities to improve tax efficiency and corporate structuring
• Support international tax planning for U.S. and overseas group companies
• Manage intercompany transactions (fees, IP, loans, dividends) and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate transfer pricing and ensure transactions are commercially supported
• Assess tax implications of moving funds between U.S. and international entities
• Oversee treasury, banking relationships, liquidity and cash flows
• Develop financial controls, policies, and reporting processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for leadership
