Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement or supplier management.
• Experience with accounts payable processes or healthcare treasury functions.
• Proven ability to lead sourcing events and negotiate contracts.
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in healthcare cost optimization or operational improvement.
• Knowledge of finance technology such as AP automation or treasury platforms.
• Strong client-facing communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies across finance and accounting spend areas.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and negotiations.
• Oversee contracting activities, including risk and compliance alignment.
• Support client engagements focused on accounts payable, treasury, and payments.
• Identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
• Analyze data to inform recommendations and sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance against contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance finance solutions.
• Partner with clients to drive adoption and measurable value.
• Influence key business decisions through financial acumen and presentations.
