Qualifications

• Experience with large-volume purchasing and sourcing processes.
• Knowledge of NYS government contracts and procurement reporting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume commodities purchasing for the College.
• Procure services including catering and speaker-related services.
• Prepare specifications for RFQ/RFP/IFB and bid evaluations.
• Interact with end users to assess needs and advise on compliant methods.
• Maintain procurement files and assist with contract and PO creation.
