Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional financial initiatives with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage SG&A financial performance for two businesses, including monthly results, forecasts, annual plan, variance analysis, and risks.
• Lead the preparation of management and performance reporting; identify gaps and opportunities with leaders.
• Serve as strategic finance partner providing decision support, scenario analysis, and recommendations.
• Drive forecasting and annual planning; coordinate inputs and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Lead reporting and process improvements through standardization, automation and controls.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and present financial analyses, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership.
