Pregis LLC in Chicago seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial reporting and analysis for the Protective Products Business Unit. You will support the FP&A Sr.

Manager with management reporting, analysis of key drivers, and ensuring data quality in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The role requires a proactive self-starter with strong Excel and data analysis skills, experience in a manufacturing setting, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years progressive financial experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Core rebate-related tasks: calculations, payment prep, tracking of rebates and terms.
• Support pricing, margin analysis, and key customer reporting.
• Model financial data to communicate valuable information to management.
• Provide financial analysis to senior leadership on business components.
• Drive reporting improvements and automation and leverage systems.
• Lead in reporting system development and implementation as needed.
• Assist in forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Process journal entries and perform reconciliations.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects.
