Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Economics or equivalent
- Six years of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, or related experience required
- Healthcare finance or operational finance experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations for perioperative and surgical services
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Support business planning and capital investment decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve margins
- Collaborate with clinical, finance, revenue cycle, and operations leaders
