Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive professional experience in finance, accounting, or consulting with broad knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted, as appropriate.

• Support departments in implementing financial improvement initiatives.
• Act as a financial advisor to senior management and department heads.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to discuss financial performance.
• Provide training and support on financial processes and tools.
