Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide accurate, meaningful insights to influence business decisions.
• Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and adapt as business needs evolve.
• Strong bias for action, including the ability to work autonomously, problem-solve and drive results through effective partnerships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain financial information to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and cross-functional teams on strategic and commercial opportunities that deliver against business objectives.
• Provide insightful financial analysis, modeling and return-on-investment perspectives to support decisions and business results.
• Bring thought leadership and an objective perspective to influence business direction and help leaders evaluate options and trade-offs.
• Assess business performance, identify key drivers, risks and opportunities, and partner with stakeholders on actions to deliver financial targets.
• Support monthly business reviews and leadership discussions with clear, concise reporting, key messages and actionable next steps.
• Contribute to financial estimates, annual planning and longer-term outlooks, connecting assumptions to business priorities and performance drivers.
