MedStar Health seeks a Finance Business Partner Director to collaborate with local CFOs and leaders, guiding budget development, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will drive data-informed decisions and support strategic initiatives across the system, partnering with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services.

You will mentor teams, lead performance reviews, and ensure timely, accurate reporting while aligning financial strategy with clinical and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of senior-level cost accounting and finance experience with FP&A; managerial experience required.
• CPA certification preferred upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual operating and capital budgeting with executive leadership.
• Serve as strategic partner for long-range financial planning with clinical/operational leaders.
• Deliver data-driven insights using centralized reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Support new business venture assessments and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual financial close and reporting.
